Can I still use my insurance at Renew?

Are labs required before starting treatment?

Lab work is ordered based on your medical history, symptoms, and clinical judgment. In some cases, treatment may begin prior to labs, with testing obtained later if indicated.

Is telehealth safe and legitimate?

Telehealth is a well-established model of care. All visits are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms and follow Texas telemedicine laws and medical standards.
